LETZFUELSIMPLE, HONEST, PRIVATE BY DESIGN
This policy explains how LetzFuel handles information across its iOS, Android, widget, watch, tablet, and vehicle experiences.
LetzFuel does not require an account and Pixel Foundry does not collect, sell, or share your personal information for advertising or analytics.
Your location, app preferences, vehicle profile, and alert settings are processed or stored locally on your device.
If you grant location permission, LetzFuel uses your current location to show nearby fuel stations and calculate distance. Pixel Foundry does not receive or store your location.
You can deny or revoke location access at any time in your device settings. The station map remains available without it.
LetzFuel may store your chosen language, appearance, refresh interval, preferred fuel, tank capacity, alert thresholds, permission state, widget data, and a temporary cache of station information.
This information supports the app’s features and is not uploaded to a Pixel Foundry account or server. Removing the app clears its local application data, subject to your operating system’s backup behavior.
If enabled, LetzFuel checks official fuel-price data in the background and creates price notifications locally on your device. LetzFuel does not use a Pixel Foundry push-notification server.
You can turn alerts off inside LetzFuel or manage notification permission in your device settings.
LetzFuel retrieves fuel and station information from RTL Luxembourg, STATEC/LUSTAT, the French Government fuel-price platform, and OpenStreetMap-derived data. The station map uses tiles provided through OpenFreeMap and OpenMapTiles technology.
When the app connects to these services, their operators may receive standard technical request information such as your IP address, device network details, requested resource, and time of access. Their own privacy policies and terms govern that processing.
Opening directions sends the selected station to Apple Maps or Google Maps only after you choose that action.
LetzFuel contains no advertising SDK and Pixel Foundry does not create an analytics profile from your use of the app. We do not sell personal information.
We may receive diagnostic information directly from Apple or Google when you choose to share device diagnostics with those platforms. Their systems control that information.
LetzFuel is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as LetzFuel evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we publish a material update.
